- Fix: Level select allows you to start on levels visited, not levels beaten
- Fix: Toggling music will now restart the music immediately and not after a level change
- Fix: Dead players cannot pick up star fragments anymore (not that it matters)
- Added: FM4 Spielekammerl Promo on last level
- Added: FM4 rubber ducky as a good when promo macro is on
